Can't Add DIRECTV NOW

Are you having issues adding the DirecTV Channel?  Select the the problem you are experiencing:

Getting Channel Install Failed Error Message

You will see the error message below if you are attempting to add the DirecTV NOW channel to an unsupported TCL Roku TV. 

NOTE:  Roku is currently working with AT&T to add support for more TCL Roku TV models in the future.  If your model is not yet listed below, please check again soon!

Can't Find DIRECTV NOW in the Channel Store

You confirmed your TV model is now supported but DIRECTV NOW is still not displaying on the channel list.

NOTE: The DirecTV NOW channel requires Roku Software Version 7.6 (4120) or higher.  Here are the steps to verify your TCL Roku TVs software version:

  1. Press  on your remote to open the main screen.
  2. Scroll up or down and select Settings.
  3. Press the right arrow button and select System 
  4. Press the right arrow button and select About
  5. Press the  button to view your TV's software version.
  6. If necessary, update the software of your TV.  
  7. From the System Info page, press the left arrow button, scroll up or down to select System Update
  8. Press the  button twice and your TV will check to available software updates.
  9. Once software update is completed, try re-adding DirecTV NOW.  Click here for the step-by-step instructions on how to add channels.

Note: During this early launch, DIRECTV NOW will be available on selected TCL 4K Roku TVs. Please verify your TCL Roku TV's model number and see list below if your TV is now supported.
